The following survey is part of a study aimed at understanding
why individuals donate online in society. We are concerned with your personal views and experiences. Your responses are important to us and will be
anonymous and kept confidential. They will be aggregated with data collected from respondents. This is a survey for academic purposes,
GiveIndia will have no way of accessing your personal answers. They will receive only the aggregated results.

This survey is not expected to take longer than 10 minutes. You can complete this survey from work, from home, or anywhere you have access to the internet. You are not obligated to answer any of the questions or this entire questionnaire and can withdraw from the process at any moment. There will be no consequences for refusing or withdrawing; the only reward is your contribution to building knowledge.
By completing the survey you will have the chance to win one IPOD being given away. If you would like to be entered into that draw please provide your e-mail address at the end of the survey. Your e-mail address will only be used to notify you if you won.
For every survey completed the researchers will donate 50 rupees (up to a total of 50,000 rupees) to one program or organization registered with GiveIndia.
