USDL O*Net SOC - Recruiting Experts
Help the US Government Set Classification for Search Marketers!
You can be part of an important and exciting task force for SEMPO, to help the US Government understand and document the job classification that includes search marketing expertise. Among its many uses, it will allow those in the Search Industry to bid more easily on government contracts.
SEMPO has been asked to facilitate participation by at least 500 industry experts to fill out a questionnaire on a new O*Net-SOC Code that will be used by the government to classify professionals in the Search Industry. You do not have to be a SEMPO member to participate in the project.
If you would like to volunteer, please respond YES and complete the short form. You will then be listed as a willing participant for their upcoming Occupation Expert questionnaire. If they selected you, you will be compensated $40 by the O*Net-SOC group administering the surveys. (Sorry, US companies and individuals only. Five or more years of experience preferred.)
Remember that in most US government classification systems, what gets locked in now will last for years, so please help us help them get it right!
(Your answers are confidential, but we appreciate you sharing the survey link with colleagues at your company and in the search community. Tweeting and status links are appreciated!)
Thank you for completing this survey.
Willing participant's information will be sent to the O*NET Research Team. Selected individuals will be contacted directly regarding the Occupation Expert Questionnaire. As SEMPO receives status information, it will be shared via the SEMPO website and/or newsletter.
SEMPO appreciates your participation in this important endeavor.
