Butte County Methamphetamine Strike Force Individual Provider Survey

 

Survey Overview: With a generous grant from The California Endowment, the Butte County Methamphetamine Strike Force is conducting an extensive needs assessment to assess Butte County’s readiness to treat youth (i.e., less than 18 years of age) with alcohol and/or drug problems. A key component of this service needs assessment is to obtain a better understanding of what services are in place to treat youth with alcohol and/or drug problems. It would be greatly appreciated if you would complete this survey about your agency. It asks questions that will better inform the Butte County Methamphetamine Strike Force about the breadth of services available for youth. Selected data from this survey will be used to create a directory of county-wide alcohol and drug-related services available for youth.
