Inclusion Survey: Community Gardening & Community Activities
This survey will help agencies figure out how to make community gardening and other community activities accessible to and inclusive of people with disabilities. Participation is voluntary and you do not have to answer questions you do not wish to answer. Results will be reported in aggregate. Individual responses will be kept confidential.
