IWGA Strategic Marketing Survey
INTRODUCTION
The Iowa Wine Growers Association (IWGA) Marketing Committee is in the process of developing a strategic marketing plan for Iowa and seeks your insight and perspective. Using a three-phase planning process: 1. survey assessment of current and preferred marketing practices, 2. two regional meetings, and 3. final facilitated strategic marketing meeting with follow-up report, the IWGA working in collaboration with industry will advance a final proposal to the membership at the March annual meeting.
The survey questions will address current and prospective marketing approaches, distribution channels, and how to best build a comprehensive and useful strategic marketing plan benefiting the Iowa Wine industry.
