International Migratory Bird Day 2013

IMBD 2013 Theme Title

In 2013, International Migratory Bird Day will focus on the life cycle of migratory birds and the conservation needs throughout this cycle. The life cycle of a migratory bird includes courtship and nesting, migration to wintering grounds, activities on the wintering grounds, and the return journey to breeding grounds. Throughout the cycle, migratory birds must have sufficient resources (habitat and food) and protection from threats, such as free-roaming cats and cell towers.

Remember that the IMBD theme title must convey the conservation focus, but be usable by diverse organizations. It is also created in Spanish and French, and the fewer words the better! Many thanks for your help!
