ICT Mark: School booking form (renewals only)
ICT Mark Renewals
This form is for schools who are renewing an existing ICT Mark. If you wish to apply for the ICT Mark for the first time please go to this form.
We will ask you to indicate the renewal option you have chosen. Full details of the options are available here.
This form should be completed only when you have updated the online Self-review Framework in all aspects and are ready for Naace to collect a copy of your evidence.

When your booking is received we will download your evidence from the Self-review Framework and check that it is complete and meets the ICT Mark threshold level.
When the evidence is ready we will send it to an assessor who will again review it and will then contact you to arrange the assessment.
The date and agenda will both be arranged in consultation with the school.
