<p>The ICS 2013 evaluation is now closed. To obtain your CME certificate:</p>
<p>1. Login with your Registration ID (included in your registration packet, on your badge, and in the email sent after the event)</p>
<p>2. Indicate the number of hours you attended</p>
<p>3. Your CME certificate will be ready for download and automatically emailed to the address provided</p>
<p>4. Retain the certificate for your personal records</p>
