Howl-O-Ween 2013 - Volunteer Sign Up Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Howl-O-Ween 2013!

Howl-O-Ween will be taking place on Friday and Saturday, October 25 and 26, from 6:30pm - 10:30pm. This year's event features several haunted trails, trick or treating, DJ music and much more! Howl-O-Ween is a separate ticket event. All proceeds from the event support the non profit Phoenix Zoo. Ticket prices for the event are $7 for Phoenix Zoo Members and $9 for Non-Members.

We are looking for approximately 150 volunteers to help with this event each night. All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age or older. Please feel free to forward this survey along to others who might be interested in volunteering.
