Holy Spirit Girls Volleyball 2013 |
1. WELCOME to Holy Spirit Volleyball!
The Holy Spirit Volleyball Program sponsors volleyball for girls in grades 4-8 through the Catholic Youth Organization ("CYO"). The CYO season runs from mid-August through the end of October. We encourage participation for all girls in the Holy Spirit parish.
Tryouts will be the week school starts. Exact dates and times will be communicated at a later date.
Open gym will be available before tryouts (TBD) to get back in the swing!
Evaluations will take place for grades 5-8 only. 4th grade girls will be placed on a team.
Holy Spirit Volleyball Clinic - Friday, August 9th
The objective for the clinic is to improve the skill level of every player and to give everyone a better understanding of the game of volleyball. The clinic coaches will provide an atmosphere to make learning fun and challenging at the same time.
The cost of the clinic will be $30 paid to Holy Spirit Athletic Association at a later date. A reminder will be sent in July.
Each camper should dress appropriately in workout clothing. Volleyball/tennis shoes and knee pads are recommended.
