Developing Headwear for Women with Chemotherapy-Induced Hair Loss |
Introduction
Hello! You are invited to participate in this study examining the headwear related needs of women experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy. The purpose of this study is to understand what the needs of these women are in regards to their headwear, and to use the findings to develop headwear that will better address their needs and help improve their quality of life. Thus, I am seeking feedback from women currently experiencing chemotherapy-related hair loss or who have experienced it within the past year.
You will be asked to complete a multiple-choice questionnaire that should take less than 10 minutes of your time. You will be asked for some demographic information (age, race, etc) and for your opinions, preferences and some comments related to headwear. No personally identifying information such as name or address will be collected. This survey is entirely anonymous and voluntary and poses no risk to you.
There is no compensation for completing the survey but by participating in this study you will help contribute valuable knowledge for the development of products to better meet your needs and the needs of other women dealing with chemotherapy-related hair loss. Thank you!
