Early Bird Crop on Friday, 2/19/10 from 10am until 4pm - COST IS $30.00.
ScrapFest Activities from Friday, 2/19/10 at 5pm until Sunday, 2/21/10 at midnight (or later for those super hardcore!) - COST IS $70.00.

5. Please describe any special accommodations you will need at ScrapFest (i.e. outlet access, seating and/or table preferences.)

6. There will be one ScrapFest music track that will be played over and over on the PA system. All other music needs to be contained within personal earphones. If you have music/artists/songs you would like included, please list below.

I will make my reservations at the St. George Holiday Inn by Feburary 1, 2010 or arrange other accomodations.
I understand my registration is not complete until I have submitted this registration form and my payment.
I understand there will be no refunds for ScrapFest Spring 2010 after January 1, 2010 and all requests will be made in writing to Sarah Barlow by the aforementioned date. Any transfers of registration MUST be explained in writing by February 1, 2010 for planning/printing purposes.
I understand all my materials, supplies, and equipment are my own responsibility and NOT that of ScrapFest, its organizers, and/or the Holiday Inn.
