This is my 1st time I've been in a couple times of times or called/emailed Every now and then I'm a regular at the counter, on the phone or through email I contact the office or come in several times a week Question Title * 4. Do you feel that we were able to answer your questions in a manner you could understand? We tend to use terms and "lingo" that not everyone understands and we're trying to improve on this. I have no idea what you were talking about and had difficulty understanding You used too many acronyms (PC, ZBA, PDD, LULU) and too much “lingo” You answered my questions but I still don’t know how to proceed You were able to answer my questions and kept it in terms I understood.
