CSI is limited in its ability to regulate rates, because Commissioner Lindeen does not have the legal authority to even ask health insurance companies to justify their rates or to force them to lower their proposed increases.

Commissioner Lindeen is a strong supporter of federal and state health insurance reform. Your story will help her make the argument for why Montanans need health insurance reform now.
