Zeta Phi Beta Easter Egg Hunt Registration

Hello, thank you for choosing to participate in Zeta Phi Beta's 4th Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Below is our registration form. None of your information will be given out, this is simply for a head count and to see what ages will participate. Please fill out this form completely and read the rules and regulations below. If you have multiple children participating, please fill out a separate form for each child.

6. 1) The event is for children ages 1-7. Children will be separated in groups of ages 1-3, 4-6, and 7
2) You are responsible for your child and we reserve the right to dismiss a misbehaving child without refund.
3)Please refrain from picking up any eggs before the hunt has officially begun.
4) Buckets will not be provided.
5) Please bring $4 for each child who has preregistered and who will be participating.
6) THIS REGISTRATION WILL BE CLOSED WHEN WE HAVE REACHED MAXIMUM CAPACITY (100 children)
