Dear Young person,
Are you from Nigeria, between the ages of 10-24? If your answer is YES to both questions, then here is your chance to let your voice be heard!
NACA, (National Agency for the Control of AIDS) and its partners wants to hear from you and have your input into the development of the National HIV Prevention Strategy for Adolescents and Young People (AYP) in Nigeria and invites you to participate in a quick survey on a variety of HIV-related issues such as HIV prevention education, condoms, HIV counselling and testing (HCT), HIV treatment, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT).
This survey will only take 5 minutes of your time! Your answers will be completely confidential and anonymous. You can respond to all or some of the questions and please feel free to include any video clips, statements, messages or weblinks to YouTube, Facebook or other social media platforms, as a way of expressing your views. You can use the hash tag #HIVmata when posting or uploading.
The survey is open till the 21st of April 2014.
