In our ongoing work to empower Health Activists, WEGO Health is hosting an Online Panel of Diabetes Health Activists on behalf of one of our sponsors.

This survey will help us to better understand the needs of the Diabetes community online and to learn if you are a good fit for the panel.

If chosen, you'll be invited to join us for monthly Panel Meetings - these meetings will last about an hour each and take place online and on the phone.

The first Panel Meeting is scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 23rd

Panelists will receive a $25 Amazon.com gift certificate after each meeting that they attend.

WEGO Health will also make a $200 donation to the Diabetes non-profit of the panelist's choice for each panelist who attends a majority of our Panel Meetings in 2010.
