As an experienced member of our community, your thoughts and opinions are very valuable as we embark on the work of strategic planning for a thriving and sustainable future.
Please answer all the questions you can, just giving your honest opinion. We're asking that each person fill this out as an individual. Other adults as well as young people who are HFS alumi/ae, now in 9th grade or older, may also fill it out. (It’s fine to submit more than one per family. However, because your computer will register with Survey Monkey as a respondent, you may need to switch to another browser or computer if an additional person from your household wishes to complete the survey.)
You don’t have to complete all the questions in this survey in one session.
