Objective:
The following questionnaire is designed to better understand Haitian developments in the area of e-governance. The answers will serve as a basis for e-Governance Academy’s (eGA) visit to Haiti in January-February 2010 and for the preparation of the latter. In addition, specific questionnaires focusing on the following areas will be prepared: electronic identification, ICT in education, and electronic land management.
