As recently announced (http://mbird.org/?p=1601), the Mockingbird Foundation is preparing the manuscript for the Third Edition of The Phish Companion. We want as much input as possible about what should be included.
We would therefore appreciate your taking five minutes to complete this short Reader Survey. This is an important undertaking, for the Foundation and for Phish fans. We hope that you enjoy completing it, and we look forward to seeing your answers!
