1. I am considering options to open up the Dream University Community. Some people have expressed that there should be a charge in order to keep it a small and elite group. I'm having a hard time putting a price tag on a community that helps people make their dreams come true. How do you feel about this? Please help me out by answering the following:

2. One of the options available is to make Dream University much like a college campus, with a library, a community area, faculty and so on.
