Question Title

Mayo Clinic recommends that every adult get 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise (i.e. brisk walking or swimming) and twice a week strength training. This averages to approximately 25 minutes a day. The District Wellness Committee has set a goal of increasing the activity level of all district employees by 10 minutes a day. We have partnered with the Fox West YMCA to help achieve our goal and are asking you to complete this survey by Oct. 30. The results of the survey will help the District Wellness Committee and the YMCA provide activities to help you reach this goal.
