BALLOT FOR NLG VOTING 2013

NLG Voting 2013: General instructions

Welcome to the official NLG voting page for 2013! Voting is ONLY available for those who were current, dues-paid NLG members as of the first plenary at the Convention: Friday, October 25, 2013.

For 2013, there is one proposed constitutional amendment to vote on.

All other matters and elections were determined on the plenary floor in accordance with NLG constitutional and bylaw procedure.

Voting is open after the second plenary, through December 31, 2013 at 11:59pm Pacific time. Results will be published shortly after December 31.

Your ballot MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE OR POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT PACIFIC TIME, DECEMBER 31, 2013.

LATE BALLOTS WILL NOT BE COUNTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
QUALIFIED MEMBERS ABOVE CAN VOTE IN ONE OF TWO WAYS:

1) You can complete and submit this survey online and submit it (this is the preferred method, for conserving staff time and NLG resources),

OR:

2) You can print out the ballot and mail it to the NLG National Office, 132 Nassau Street # 922, New York, NY 10038.

If you vote by mail, you MUST LEGIBLY WRITE OR TYPE your full name, city, and state on the envelope. Without this information, the NLG will not be able to verify your membership status, and so will not be able to count your vote. This envelope will be discarded before the enclosed ballot is counted.

In the online survey, the voter's name and city will ONLY be used to determine voting elgibility, and will NOT be compared with the actual votes.
