You were sent this survey after watching a video on student success, in the form of a parody followed by studio discussion at Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK). The purpose of the survey is to collect information about the academic status of participants and the impact that their participation in Student Success or Academic Preparedness or Study Skills had on their academic life. Survey results will be used by management to improve future student access to resources to promote student success participation and in reports to the division of student success.
Your participation in this survey is strictly voluntary and you may stop participation at any time. All information will be kept confidential. There are no rewards or punishment for your participation or lack of participation in the survey. However, your input will be very valuable in reporting the impact of Student Success and in improving future Student Success program activities. This survey will not take more than 15 minutes to complete.
