Dear CCD Graduate:

Please take a few minutes to complete the information on this Graduate Follow-Up Survey. We continue to search for ways to make CCD a better place for students to learn, grow, and fulfill their dreams. State and federal laws require Colorado public colleges to contact recent graduates about their educational and after-college employment experiences. This survey satisfies the requirements of these laws.
