1. Introduction
Dear interns and former interns,
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The Geneva Intern's Association (GIA) would like to get more in touch with current interns and obtain a better picture of our real working conditions, in order to best focus our efforts to improve the experiences of all interns in Geneva. We have developed this questionnaire to identify any problems you may face and which should be addressed by your organisation's Human Resources Department. In addition, we would like to get your feedback on what activities and services your Intern Board or GIA has provided for you thus far. We welcome any suggestions you may have to help us better address your needs. All information provided will be treated with strict confidentiality.
If you are a former intern, please keep in mind your most recently completed internship when answering the survey.
