Thank you for participating in the fifth annual 2-1-1 Helpline Annual Organization Survey. The feedback you provide is critical to guiding our decision-making about how we can maximize service to our callers, our partnering agencies, and the helping community in our area.

2-1-1 is a program of the Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa and serves Adair, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Cherokee, Choctaw, Coal, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Garvin, Haskell, Hughes, Johnston, Latimer, Le Flore, Love, Marshall, Mayes, McCurtain, McIntosh, Murray, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pittsburg, Pontotoc, Pushmataha, Rogers, Seminole, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, and Washington Counties.
