The Girl Scouts of Western New York Girl Advisory Board "GAB" is a safe place for Girls in Grades 4-12 to share their thoughts about what girls need and want. During GAB meetings girls can share their ideas directly with GSWNY CEO Cindy Odom and help shape the future of Girl Scouts in WNY.

Meetings will be held 3-5 times per year and will be a combination of face to face meetings at the Buffalo Service Center or teleconference from Service Centers across the council.

The first meeting for the 2013/2014year TBD, 10am-12pm at the Buffalo Service Center

* 4. I confirm my participation on the GSWNY Girl Advisory Board "GAB". I understand that the meetings will be held quarterly and as a member of GAB, I am expected to attend all meetings. If I am unable to attend a meeting, I will inform the Council staff and I will make arrangements to obtain the information needed. If I am no longer able to fulfill my duties as a member of GAB, I will inform my Council Liaison.

I have read my daughter's application for the Girl Scout Advisory Board. To the best of my knowledge, my daughter has a clear understanding of her committment to GAB and she has my permission to participate.

I also understand that the GSWNY Girl Advisory Board meets on a quarterly basis. I will make necessary arrangements to drop off and pick up my daughter.
