Fertility Planit is an online meeting place for people who want to have children and for all services that support them.
We’re developing our products and are grateful for your time in filling out this survey, because we wish to offer information, support and inspiration that is meaningful and helpful to you as you create your family. All of your responses are completely anonymous and will be kept confidential. We have no way of knowing who you are nor how to reach you.
Our survey is a total of 10 pages (including this one) and takes 5-10 minutes. The information we're requesting is for planning our product development and consumer expo, and for offering the most satisfying experience to our users.
Only the first "About You" page is compulsory. To answer the rest is optional. This serves to establish who the persona is answering the rest of the questions.
Lastly, this survey is written in present tense. If you're planning to build your family in the future, or are looking back on your experiences, then please interpret the questions with that in mind and feel free to use future and past tenses in your responses.
