1. Introduction and General Information

 
As many of you are aware, the regions have been requested by Maine EMS to provide assistance to services for development and implementation of an integrated Quality Improvement Plan(QI) including evaluation and the assurance of competencies. Additionally, the region is developing and carrying out a plan to train On Line Medical Control staff as well as assist and facilitate the development of service medical directors. information received from this survey will assist the region in accomplishing these goals and objectives. Please answer the following 18 questions and forward a copy of the service QI plan to the office by Feb. 1, 2010. This information will be compiled and forwarded to the Regional QI Committee in Feb.
