This survey is to help register people for the Health Careers Empowerment Conference 2010 on Saturday October 2, 2010 at the Downtown Durham Marriott Convention Center, 201 Foster Street, Durham, NC 27701. This FREE one day conference will expose students (middle/high school) and parents to a variety of future and current healthcare professionals while getting a better understanding of what it takes to become one.
