We will process submissions on a flow basis. We will send out decision notifications by January 6, 2013, or until we achieve conference capacity, whichever comes sooner. After receiving this confirmation, you must fill out a registration form (downloadable from website <http://www.h-e-r-a.org/>) and send the form and a check to HERA before February 1, 2013:
