Walking Path Project
I have approached the Village of St. Louis to consider a walking trail within the community. I have volunteered to coordinate the project. If viable, all funds for the project would come from new grant funding and/or corporate sponsorships. The Village of St. Louis would not be supporting the project financially.
A walking trail can add to a community by providing better access to facilities, involvement of seniors and youth, increased physical activity, cultural awareness, heritage and more.
Enclosed is an anonymous survey. I encourage you to complete the survey so the Village can determine if community members would utilize the path and assess the viability of the project. Please complete the survey by November 30th, 2011. Each member of your family may submit his/her own survey. Your input is greatly appreciated.
