NKCAC Needs Assessment 2012 Survey

The annual Needs Assessment gives us feedback from the community to help us plan services and supports for low-income families. We are interested in the goals you have for yourself and your family, and what, if anything, stands in your way of acheiving them. Please choose ALL answers that apply to you and your family.
