Please answer the following questions to submit application. Once we receive your application, you will be notified if it is approved.

Eligibility Requirements are:

1. Be contributing actively to the clinical practice of electrodiagnostic and/or neuromuscular medicine.

2. Send a letter of support from a Fellow or Active Member of the AANEM. If you do not know an AANEM member, you may have your supervising physician complete and submit a Statement of Responsibility in lieu of the Letter of Support.

3. Agree to abide by AANEM position statements including but not limited to those relating to physician supervision and scope of practice. lease note AANEM position statements permit only physician performance of needle electromyography or interpretation of nerve conduction studies.

4. Be generally supervised by a neurologist or physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with direct supervision during the performance of nerve conduction studies if they are performed.
