The Alternatives Analysis Study is an effort by the Central Midlands Council of Governments (CMCOG) to define and analyze the Camden to Columbia corridor to determine if the project qualifies as a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) New Starts Project. Phase 1 of this study will develop a Purpose and Need and to prepare and evaluate alternatives for eligibility for FTA funding. Your response to this survey will help us during the planning process.
