You are being invited to participate in a research study to collect data about management of fevers amongst general pediatricians.
You were selected to participate because you are listed as a general pediatrician in South Florida.
There are no known risks if you decide to particpate in this research study. There is no cost to you for participating in the study. The information you provide will be collected to analyze general opinions of fever treatment and fever advice given by pediatricians in South Florida.
The questionnaire will take about five minutes to complete. The information collected may not benefit you directly, but the information learned in the study should provide guidelines for improving care.
This survey is completely anonymous and confidential. To ensure anonymity, please do not put your name on the survey. No IP address or personal identifying information will be collected during your participation, although absolute anonymity can never be guaranteed over the internet.
No one will be able to identify you or your answers, and no no one will know whether or not you participated in the study. Indviduals from the Institutional Review Board may inspect these records. Should the data be published, no individual information will be disclosed.
