The NBN comprises many different organisations and various tools and resources. It has a broad user base and as such needs to be appealing to all. Its main communication tool is the NBN website and we are keen to understand what our users think of this resource.

The new NBN website has been live since December 2011. It was created to make navigation and finding information as easy as possible and we want to make sure that we have achieved that.
