Thank you for being involved in the Australian Conservation Foundation's GreenHome Community Leader program in Victoria. We hope you benefited from the program and have enjoyed putting your new training and skills into action.

Now that you have facilitated a discussion about sustainable solutions in your community, we would like to get some feedback about how it went.
