Pregancy education and service pathways survey

Education For Choice (EFC) is the only UK-based educational charity dedicated to enabling young people to make informed choices about pregnancy and abortion. We would like to know about what work you have undertaken and tools you have used to assess and evaluate services relating to SRE, sexual health, pregnancy and abortion for young people in your area. This knowledge will help us greatly with our project to collate and disseminate the most effective tools you are all using to map and improve your local service provision.
By completing this survey, you will automatically receive a copy of EFC's 'Pregnant: what now? Choosing What's Best For You ' *NEW* decision-making workbook worth £9.
For every 50 people that respond, you will be entered into a prize draw to receive a compendium of EFC resources worth £28 (see here for info: http://www.efc.org.uk/Forprofessionals/Resources).
For every 100 people that respond, you will be entered into a prize draw to receive a full day of training for 15 people for £450 (original price: £950) (see here for info: http://www.efc.org.uk/Forprofessionals/Training).
