The City of Glendale is in the process of preparing its FY 2010-'14 Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. This plan will guide the use of Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) and other resources. The City of Glendale FY 2010-'14 Consolidated Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Spring of 2010.
