Have your say and help us shape our national report on mental wellbeing
The NHS Confederation is planning to conduct a series of 30 minute telephone interviews on mental wellbeing throughout June and July this year.

These telephone interviews will contribute to a national report we are planning to release in December 2010. If you would be happy to participate in one of these phone calls with a member of our policy team, please let us know by ticking the box below before you return the completed survey. Your answers to the survey will remain anonymous.
