* 1. To claim title to another’s real property by adverse possession, one must prove he/she has used it:

A. without the consent of the real owner under a claim of right, exclusively, secretly and continuously for 15 years;

B. with the permission of the real owner openly, exclusively and continuously for 15 years;

C. without the consent of the real owner on and off for 20 years;

D. without the permission of the real owner under a claim of right, visibly, exclusively, openly, and continuously for 10 years but adding on the 7 years that the previous owner also used it exclusively, openly and continuously under claim of right.
