External Application Workshop Registration for 2011-2012
This full day workshop is aimed at enabling health care professionals or researchers to gain an understand of the evidenced based research and approaches to manage procedural related fear and anxiety of young people in the health care setting.
The emphasis of this workshop is the theoretical application of non pharmacological strategies, preparing young people for treatments and procedures,the use negative and positive language and other simple strategies.
External applicants will be charged a fee of $75.00 payment due on the workshop day. Methods of payment include: Master Card, Visa and Cheque payable to: Royal Children's Hospital.
Tax receipts will be issued on the workshop day.
