This survey is for Food and Agricultural Related Processing Companies. It should be completed by somebody in responsible position such as a Plant Manager, Human Resource Manager, Production Manager or somebody who has knowledge of food-processing and or non-food processing and is directly involved in the day to day operations of the company.
