The purpose of this survey is to identify interest in participation on next year’s 8th grade travel enrichment opportunities.

There will be potentially two 8th grade field trip opportunities next year. They will include an exchange trip to Harrogate, England and a four day trip to Washington D.C.

The England trip will involve hosting an exchange student in Falmouth from Oct. 14th – 27th, 2010, and a return trip to the host’s family from April 14th – 28th. The approximate cost for this trip will be $1800.

The Washington Trip will take place in June, during Discovery Week. The approximate cost for this trip will be $700.

During the summer, efforts will be made to streamline the costs for families. It is possible that there will be some fund raising events during the school year.
