For ethical reasons we ask that only men aged 18-45 years participate in this survey. Please read the next page for more information on the research study.

The purpose of the survey is to gauge awareness, knowledge and attitudes towards testicular cancer and testicular self-examination among men in Northern Ireland. The data collected here may help shape a testicular health promotion campaign at Action Cancer.
