The following survey should take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot qualify for our virtual interview, so please do not complete the survey. Only survey respondents who qualify for the virtual interview will be compensated. We will evaluate the survey responses and if you qualify for our virtual interviews, we will contact you to set up a time. None of your personal information will be used for any purpose other than to contact you if you qualify for the interview. During the virtual interviews, you will need access to a computer and a telephone. The interview will take approximately 90 minutes and those who qualify will be compensated with $200. To qualify, it is important that you complete the survey in its entirety and honestly. Lets get started!
