1. TSSA Members Survey
This short survey is for TSSA members working for Eurostar at Ashford Contact Centre.
Your union wants to ensure that our members have the most effective representation and have the opportunity to raise issues and feel a part of your union.
The best way to ensure this apart from speaking directly to your reps is to attend TSSA Branch meetings where you can receive regular updates on the latest issues and have the opportunity to discuss matters that are specific to Eurostar employees and are important to you. TSSA Branches are the best link between you the members and the larger TSSA organisation and are a union that is proud to be led by what our members needs are ensuring that everyone can be involved in how we support our members.
Currently all Ashford TSSA members are part of the South Eastern Kent Branch that meets in Maidstone and Tonbridge. As a general branch covering a range of employers and meeting some distance away from Ashford then this may not be the best way to keep our members informed and be involved in their union.
There is currently a Eurostar Branch based in London that deals specifically with company related issues, they meet on a regular basis to deal with all company matters that effect our members.
We are seeking your views on whether you would be best represented by becomming a part of the Eurostar Branch where meetings could be alternated between London and Ashford to ensure all members accross Eurostar have the opportunity to attend.
