Dear Parents/Caregivers:
I am an undergraduate student completing my Bachelors in Nursing and I am conducting a study regarding the concerns of parents who have a child diagnosed with cancer. This study has been approved by my school and I would appreciate your participation in this study. By completing this survey, you will be providing valuable information that can be used to help nurses take care of other parents of children with cancer. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and you will be asked 29 questions regarding the care of your child, 12 basic demographic questions, and 2 additional questions asked by the researcher.
